When you shop or donate at Habitat Greater Ottawa’s ReStores you are helping to build a better life for local Ottawa families — as well as helping the environment.

All ReStore proceeds directly support local working Ottawa families to build stability and self-reliance with a new start in a home of their own. Through Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa’s affordable homeownership program, families previously living in unsafe, unstable or unaffordable housing partner with us and invest directly in their home’s equity and commit volunteer hours to the community.

Your ReStore donations and purchases also mean that your perfectly re-useable household items and materials are recycled and given a good home, rather than going to waste.
